Pearl needs surgery! She has messed her knee up! She has a torn CCL/ACL.
Just as she got completely healthy, off on a good run, now she is back on bed rest!
You can chip in to Pearl's surgery at the Chip In sight above.
Inmate trainers update:
Hi! My name is Pearl and I am a 90 pound German Shepherd and a true treasure hidden in this sea of humanity!
I was lost for a while, trying to make it on my own, but times were so hard and food just wasn't to be found. Luckily I was rescued and able to sleep and eat my way to health! Now I am healthy and I've been accepted to a prestigous finishing school. They are teaching me manners, keeping me groomed to be the best that I can be.
Now all this is great but I have yet to find my place in life. I am still searching for my forever home. I am very well-behaved indoors and love to be around my person. I am so grateful for a second chance at life and love that I will give you my all and won't hold anything back. I do LOVE to chase balls and squeaky toys! These still get me excited even though I am mature. I love humans and I get along with all dogs.
So please, if you are looking for a lifetime of love, loyalty, and laughs, give me a chance today, you are my only hope!
I like sleeping, being around people, just chillin, going for walks, jogging, being massaged and loved on.
My favorite activities are chasing balls or anything squeaky, also running with other dogs at full speed!
My best moment was when I started feeling good and started playing for the first time!
My biggest improvement is my health! It brought my personality back!
I am loyal, calm and mature. Fun to play with, always a good sport, love to be mentally challenged and very intelligent!
